Safeway chase customers out of your store

How can you chase a customer out of your store, I give you a tip, by telling them, "I just like those customers who have nice smiles on their face, make you feel you are not a machine."
Yesterday evening (6/10 20:20) my wife went to the safeway s store at Graville and 70th Vancouver, shopping for groceries.By the time she checked things out, unforgetable things happened, a cashier,
Miss Anabel, said Hi to my wife and my wife said Hi back and gave her safeways card and mastercard, this cashier, Anabel, only took the safeway card to scan it and ask my wife to swipe credit card. My wife did, but this young lady yelled at her, "Wait a second!" and then she talked to a customer right behind my wife, "I just like those customers who have nice smiles on their face, make you feel you are not a machine."
When my wife took the groceries she checked out, walking away, this cashier, Anabel, sarcasimed her, "Have a nice day!"
My wife had a long day and still had to drag herself to this store, shopping for foods which she has been in and out for almost a decade. She just found out that she is not welcomed as she does have smile on her face.
