PEJ Charge a 20% restocking fee and that is not disclosed on TV, have to have a return authorization # but they are not in on the weekends or evenings

Very unprofessional company, who thinks they can charge a 20% restocking fee if you want to return a product. Yet do not disclose this on their tv channel. Customer service is not there except weekdays when they are on tv so when you get a chance to call there is no one to help with a return authorization.

I believe this is illegal business practice and deceptive. They initially refused to take back a ring until I made a big fuss over it and finally gave me a return authorization number. I do not trust this company and they should not be on TV at all. Shame on DISH and Direct TV for letting this shady group get into our homes.
