The moral is do not buy LD Products, their guarantee is worthless

LD Items promotes they assure client satisfaction. I delivered an ink cartidge for them that I'd bought. They not just declined to credit my consideration, however they held the printer cartidge aswell. So that they have my cash and my capsule. This smells of the rip-off in my experience. Their customer support broker was of no aid what-so ever. The ethical is don't purchase LD Items, their promise is useless.
