Printer don't recognize the cartridge

I purchased a bundle of 10 remanufactured cartridge. After I set the 3rd capsule, the printer did not understand. I contact the "101 inks.com" organization plus they claimed sorry you've guarantee for only six months. I understand that-but this can be a unique item, I can not check entire 10 capsule within the printer and eliminate and shop again for couple weeks. The printer in capsule is likely to be dried.

I really hope the remainder of the capsule identify the printer, or even I'll missing 7 tubes and cash. Beware
