Ripoff paid for extra toner cartidge says I didn't pay for one despite recipt

I had this man service the laser printer for my church late in 04. He refurbished our toner cartridge, and recommended $300 in additional maintainence. We took it back in for the recommended maintainence, and asked to purchase an extra toner cartridge. He wrote up a bill for the maintainence, extra cartidge, and a core charge for the toner cartridge.

When we got the printer back, the cartridge we had brought it in with was missing. When I returned to the store to ask him where the cartridge was, he told me that I had asked for him to rebuild the one already in the printer. I asked him why I would want him to rebuild a cartidge he had just rebuilt a couple of months before. He said "I don't know, why would you?" Then I asked him why would he charge me for a core charge on a cartridge I provided. He took out a $5 bill from the register and tossed it at me. I said "don't you realize you will lose business treating people like this?" He said a few other insults, and I left.

He followed me out to my car and yelled at me "If I hear about you telling people about this, I'll sue you for slander and libel."

Beware of this one, he rips off churches!
