Andrea (Andi) Rouse contacted us to do public relations work. She asked for an up-front retainer which is common for the type of work she was doing. We spoke to her on the phone and met with her several times before paying her. The project was going to last about 2 months with periodic updates. Andrea gave me FAKE updates for the first couple of weeks and then just disappeared. Upon suspecting that she had not actually done any of the work, I tried calling her but she never answered the phone again. Prior to ripping my money off, she was responsive.

I then emailed her and she replied back with 1 or 2 sentence emails, always with an excuse for why the work was not complete and an apology a couple of times.
