Took over $100,000 from mother and the mothers son

In 2006 me and my mother sent to Cynthia Rouse $94,000 dollars to fix up and property there and sell it, she call again asking for $5,000 dollars more for a closing cost, She promised to sell the property in less than two months.
Month after month she was telling us it will sale soon, two years later i took a ride up there and meant the people living in the property me and my mother purchased, i was really unaware of these people living there, I confronted Cynthia with my findings, upon all of that Cynthia Rouse took a loan out on the property for $75,000 dollars.
My mother was about to have her home foreclosed on, and I did tell Cynthia Rouse this, which was no concern for her. I was just laid off in 2006 and in that money we sen to Cynthia Rouse was my pension money and my severance packet money, my life savings.
Still until this day Cynthia Rouse has been collecting rent from that property that me and my mother purchase, and not sending us any. Why we still struggle day in and day out, cynthia rouse continues to spend our money.
I went into business with cynthia rouse not thinking that she would ever take our money, then call us and tell us of the fansy trips she and her spouse went on.
If someone can help me with information on collecting my monies and lost monies from cynthia rouse, I do have a lawyer on it, but i need to know is there another way to get my money from her, and take her name off the deed. My mother is 80 years old, and the plan was to get my mother in a better neighborhood, so not only did cynthia interfere with my realestate business here, she stop me from getting my mother her new house.
