Altamonth Grips Delivered grips don't match what's on their website

Ordered a set of wooden handgun grips off their website, and the ones that they delivered are not as pictured. They changed their styles, didn't update their website, and now the only way that I can get a refund is to ship back at my expense, so I am out of pocket due to their mistake. Horrible customer service, and my emails were either ignored or they were very slow to reply. When they did actually get around to replying (after I filed a Paypal claim), they were very snippy and sarcastic. Don't deal with this company! What you see is definitely not what you'll get, and their take-it-or-be-out-cash approach leaves a lot to be desired...
