Unreasonable delay to complete order, Failure to return phone calls, changes order without notification

I had ordered golf clubs from Best Buy Golf Supply in March and although it tood 6 weeks to finally arrive, the performance of the clubs were
very good. On May 19th, I decided to add a 3wood and 5wood to complete my set and used the order form to select my choices for options (shaft, grips etc) I checked my order throught the website and verfied that all of my choices were correct.

On June 6th I went on the website to see if there was an update on my order status. It was then that I noticed the type of grips had been changed from Lamkin Perma Wrap Classic Jumbo Golf Grips to Lamkin Dual Density Torsion Control. 600" Ribbed. When I sent an email to advise Best Buy of the altered grips their email response on June 7th was to tell me that they were waiting for the "Ribbed" grips to arrive.

I followed that email reponse up with a phone call on June 9th and I was unable to speak with anyone due to "a high volume of calls" I left a phone message which has not been returned in the 18 days since.

On June 22nd, I sent another email repeating the current mistake in my order and gave Best Buy 48hrs to repsond to my complaint. There have been no emails or calls to acknowledge that there is a problem with the order. And my email stated that if my order could not be corrected or I would not receive a call to straighten things out, my order should be cancelled.

I have sent an email on June 27th to request confirmation that my order was cancelled but there has not been a response as yet. When I attempted to leave a phone message, the mail box was full.

I still would like to add the clubs to my set and I need a confirmation of the cancellation so I can move forward and try another Golf Club Supplier.
