Charged an additional fee for a car fax that was only $2.99 and advertised as FREE Internet

I ordered a Free carfax which ended up being $2.99.

A few days later there was a $29.99 charge on my account for carvincheck.com.

I have no idea what this fee is for nor was it authorized. I did choose any acceptance of terms to my knowledge during the transaction.
