Dada Ringtone slamming on cellular mobile web Internet

Internet Fraud: dada.net on the cellular mobile web advertised and offered a FREE ringtone. There were no terms and conditions indicated. When you accepted the free ringtone, the terms and conditions icon popped up along with your acceptance of a $9.99/month contract with them for more ringtones to be charged to your cellular carrier bill. The terms and conditions were NOT displayed until AFTER you accepted the one free ringtone. This is a slamming practice. Potential users should be aware of this and place a block on their cell carrier from having this happen.
