Magic Jack
Updated my service & charged me without my knowledge or consent

I purchased a Magic Jack internet phone, originally $40.00 for the Magic Jack with the phone service for 1yr. When it came time to renew, we had to purchase another Magic Jack because the other one stopped working. I rec'd an email @ 1:37 this am 3/7 to inform me that they were automatically charging my bank account for $31.97 for renewal on 3/10. I never gave them permission to automatically renew my service & when I originally purchased it was supposed to be $19.99 for the whole year.

I cannot find a phone # listed to contact them, so I went to their sight & chatted with "Tammy" & requested this be cancelled immediately. I checked my bank account they are already withdrawing my $ today. "Tammy" said she has cancelled my account & to watch for payment to go back into my account & she would send an email confirmation of this cancellation. I have not yet rec'd this email. I have not used the magic jack service for over 8mo. & had no intention of ever using it again. They are stealing peoples $.
