I was bummed to find that my order hadn't been delivered 3 days after I ordered it even though I had purchased overnight shipping. I called to see if something had gone wrong with the order and after waiting forever to get a sales rep. I found out it was against their policy to ship on Saturdays... Hmmm. I asked why there would be an overnight shipping option if they would not shipping on a Saturday. I was told that was the policy and they couldn't give me a refund or compromise in anyway. I asked if there was anything I could do and the customer service rep. Started to pretend that my phone was cutting out and said she could hear wind. It was awkward to say the least...: o / I said there was no wind blowing and I had full bars. Before she hung up I asked "Can I just talk to a manager..." By a miracle she heard me... Even with that huge gust of wind blowing into the phone (please!: oP) Then I was put on hold forever it seemed, so I thought I would hang up and call back. Needless to say it was a wasted of time and I didn't get anything resolved, but at least the second girl wasn't trying to hang up on me. I'm sure they train their employers to do that when a customer is freaking out, but I was just trying to figure out what was going on. I will never shop at Famous footwear again because they scammed me out of a huge overnight shipping fee and treating me like dirt: o (
