Terrible store manae

I was i the Famous Footwear in Lodi, OH and i had an unpleasent encounter with the store manager. This is not the first time that i have not been happy with Bill. He is rude and makes his employees do all the work while he stands at the register and is rude to the costumers! I have decided to stop going to Famous Footwear for my shoes because of him specifically. I think it is time to consider reviewing Bill's character and management skills. All of the other employees i have come in contact with at this location are very pleasent and made me want to come back again... But Bill has made me dislike Famous Footwear.
