Costly mistake - NIKE

I bought shoes for my nephew to help my sister out. They were Nike sneakers. I shipped them to her home. When they opened the box, there were two of the same shoe in the box (two right shoes). He really needed those shoes. There is no Famous Footwear in the town in which she lives. I was told by the associate that there was a Factory Brand shoe store 33 miles from her town. She has to drive there to exchange them. I paid for shipping the shoes and now she has to pay for gas to drive 33 miles to exchange them. The whole reason for buying the shoes was to help her out, not make it harder on her. I am not happy. I was a loyal Famous Footwear customer before this. Please make this right for me and my sister.
