Overstock incompetent idiots - Axe body soap

Sent me the wrong product twice! It was even the exact same wrong product twice!
This company must have complete morons working in the shipping areas. How hard is it to read a label of whats supposed to be going into a box?

When I called for a second time, the product I wanted was now out of stock! So now I have to wait to get my money back!"We cant refund your money till we get our product back" Complete BS!!! Now i'll have to wait a 3-4 weeks to get my money back so I can find some where else to buy what I wanted. I will never ever buy from your store again. I will also tell everyone I know about this company's incompetence!!!

The only thing good I have to say is the lady at costumer service was nice.in the end she couldn't even help me though.
