They sent me the wrong product and when I wanted to return it, they said I have to wait for an authorization return label to get credit. They are taking a VERY long time to address this issue. They wanted me to take pictures of the item and the box it came in, which I did. Now they are asking for a picture of the model number, which they never even provided to begin with on the invoice/product/or on the box. The box the product came in was tethered with evidence of previous labels ripped off the box. I also found another person's invoice. Apparently he ordered the same product as I did but go the incorrect one as well and seemed to have returned it. The company didn't even checked the box before they sent it to me. I would like my refund, but they are being so difficult! The costumer service is incompetent! I will never order another product from this company nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
