Poor customer service

Went to the salon in Acton on a Thursday evening several weeks ago. I was turned away 3 times being told there was no appointments. After the third time I left and went to another salon the next day. The entire time I waited in my car outsideit appeared there was always one haircutter free. I had been there before and was fit in in a reasonable amount of time. Also the older women who waited on me was not what you would called friendly.
