I will never shop at Cathy Jean stores again

I'll NEVER store at Cathy Jean shops again! To begin with after I joined the shop 2 workers there completely dismissed me and offered key perspective. But I dismissed it and attempted on the set of shoes that I truly loved. I wound up purchasing them since I had been somewhat eager for my first set of brown shoes. After I got home and strolled around inside them ONCE in my own home I came across to understand they were THEREFORE miserable. Therefore the following day I returned towards the shop to obtain a reimbursement, it wasnt actually 24 hours. Later, plus they declined to provide me a return or trade, since the BASE of the boot appeared used, when there is practically nothing which was incorrect! I had been so surprised and ashamed that the shop might really be that specialized concerning the base of the boot, that appeared completely normal. The team had no sympathy and nothing they might do. And so I lost cash and had horrible customer support in a shop that'll not get my business again.
