Scott Damaged my home & furniture, will not return calls or emails, didnt send the # of movers I paid for!

It has been over 4 months since I began my adventure with 3bigdogsmoving.com

I called the ad on Craig's list and Scott answered the phone. He assured me that they were very professional and I agreed to hire them. He said he wanted to come take a look at the job 1st and made an appointment to come by that week. He never showed up and when I called, he just qualified me over the phone and again assured mer that the movers would arrive on the day & time he committed to for the price we agreed to.

Come moving day, his driver and 1 assistant showed up and let them know that I had agreed to pay for 3 guys. The kept calling back and forth with Scott and he said he was trying to locate a replacement because 1 of his guys stayed out late and got drunk. The 3rd guy never showed up and the assistant spent most of his time on the phone with Scott while charging me by the hour.

When I told Scott that my sleeper couch was to big and heavy for the 2 guys, he assured me they could handle the job. They caused extensive damage to my walls, banister railing and the $5000.00 Custom sleeper couch.

When they arrived at my new location, they couldn't get the piece up the stairs and 2 of my new neighbors had to help them.

I have called and emailed Scott now for over 4 months and other than 1 returned call all other attempts to contact him and or waiting for a time that he would send someone to remedy the situation have turned out to be a no show.

His last communication was over 3 weeks ago when he had me wait until 10pm and again no one showed up.

I would never use or recommend any one use 3bigdogsmoving.com
