Key battery will rip you off!

I bought a laptop battery from Key Battery. I spoke to Scott. When I called to order, I had to leave a message. When Scott called me back, his number was blocked. That was a bad sign, but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. Long story short. I received a battery, but it was the wrong one. I called to report this... No answer. Left message. Scott would not return my call after at least a dozen attempts. At the same time, I was emailing them continuously.

I finally got a form email detailing how to return the battery. I wanted confirmation, so I kept trying to reach him by phone. Finally, I called from a different phone, and used my middle name asking Scott to call me. I didn't give any specifics... Evidently he thought I was another "sucker" calling to place an order, and he called me back right away. I could tell he was anoyed at me, but it was the ONLY way I could get a return call. He said he would send out a replacement the same day if I would send the tracking number for the return battery, which I did. That's been weeks ago! I finally had to contact my credit card company about these guys! They gave me another number to call. It was someone named Jason.

When I called him, he answered with some "bail bonds" name. He asked me, "how did you get my number?" I could tell he was aggrivated that I was able to get his number. He said he would talk to Scott to get my "replacement" sent out. It's been weeks since I talked to him. Still no battery... And no return calls for my tons of messages and emails.

The moral to this story is this... These guys appear to have stolen my money... My credit card company stated to me that these guys have done the same thing to dozens of their customers! Someone needs to stop these guys! I've started charge back proceedings and will have my money back in a couple of days. But these guys should be locked up for what they are doing to people!
