Exit Realty and the Family who operates it "diverts" collected rent monies due owners, delays work orders, and attempts to sabotage owners' relationships with banks in order to obtain short sales commissions of 8% or more. They manipulate out of contracts and refuse to release monies due property owners. They have moved multiple times in a short period of time (4 in less than 7 years) and law suites fly between them and their former landlords.
