I paid $2200 for Toll Group to deliver some furniture from China to Australia.
Least to say they didn't make it in one piece, my furniture was completely smashed up and even worse when they delivered the packages they dropped it off the truck and dragged the furniture across concrete.
They said that is fine because that's within their standard terms and conditions;
"the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person whatsoever, howsoever caused or arising, whether caused by the negligence and/or recklessness and/or wilful misconduct of the Companys servants, agents, employees"
I post this, because they smashed my goods in front of my house and said that was their right to do so.
Be warned, they screwed me and it hurt.
