Metro Realty Center Rent Scam at 2320 Avenue Q4

Do not rent the townhome units from Metro Realty Center located at 2320 Avenue Q4, Palmdale CA 93350. This is a big scam and fraudulent operation.
Once you leave the landlord tacks on a bunch of charges and fees for normal wear and tear on the unit. Also threatens to report you to a credit reporting agency if you do not pay these fees. Metro Realty also falsely advertises their units as being in a new gated community, this is not true. Trash can be seen scattered throughout the property grounds. Gunshots can
be heard throughout the day and helicopters fly around the area frequently.
Strange individuals solicit you for money at the front and exit gates and you
risk the chance of getting car hijacked at the gates or worse if you do not pay Metro Realty $25 for a remote to open the front gate. Metro Realty advertises that this is a quiet neighborhood.
