All Artist Access - Caliber Records
Promised to promote artists on their website for $, and have since disappeared. Rip-off!

All Artist Access (www.AllArtistAccess.com) is a company who scouted artists of all kinds, in order to expose them to a larger audience, including industry executives and record labels. For a fee (of about $100), they promised to put the artist up on their website to promote them. I signed up, paid my membership fee, and created a web profile, along with many other artists.

I was supposed to receive quarterly reports of everyone they had promoted me to, but when I called All Artist Access to say I never received a report, they would tell me to call back on a certain day, because the person handling the reports was not in. Every time I called back to inquire about my membership, the certain person I was supposed to talk to was not there. I demanded many times that if I didn't get a report of what they were doing for me, I wanted my money back.

Soon after they stopped returning my emails. I checked the website, and it had broken links. The 800 customer service # was disconnected, and the emails I had sent were returned to me. I contacted the company who did their website for some answers (325 Media Group).

They told me that they were hired by All Artist Access to create their website, but All Artist Access had stopped paying their bills, which were sent to a collection agency. 325 Media was scammed out of $10,000. All contact information they have on All Artist Access is a dead end, and they are now filing a lawsuit.
