My report is being charged for service not issued. After visa card was inputed and the conformation came back i wasnt able to access the site and no cd was mailed. The day after i was charged 49.50 twice plus 1.97 to access the site. Grant Resource stated there will be NO REFUND. Although there is no access to the website. I think this is a d*n shame and this company is nothing but a scam. They need to be investigated. Plaese be aware of this grant writers scam artist.
