Fraudulant, Falsely advertised product, bogus, scam

Brief description of problem:

The advertisement on the website is false. They provide a menu that is supposed to let you access reverse phone numbers, unlisted phone numbers, records and information that cannot be accessed to the public. Every link on the menu either directs to a bogus website, one that does not work, or one that is available without purchase that I could access without membership. When clicking on the links, I receive error messages saying that this website is restricted and requires a password, which I was not given. I was given a list of web addresses to access this information only. I have attempted to contact several times and no reply. I paid through Paypal, however, they require your bank acct info supposedly to verify your account and that concerns me, especially if this is a bogus company.
