Heartbroken child ripped off on justin bieber fanclub site, bieberfever

I ordered Justin Bieber concert tickets for me and my daughter from Ticketmaster.com. One option on the Ticketmaster site was to join the Bieberfever, Justin Biebers fan club. The price was $45.00 plus a monthly fee of $8.99. I paid for this sevice for my 14 year old daughter. It took 3 months for her to be able to access the site. They kept saying it was in the beginning stages of being set up. She accessed the fan club sight finally and was on it for 3 months, she was suddenly denied access to the site yet Artist Arena kept charging my account. I spoke with someone there, "Michael" who said it would be taken care of and it never was, they refused to return calls, I filed a complaint with the BBB who also had no success in getting our refund. I had to change my credit card information at my bank so Artist Arena could no longer put the fraudulant charges on my credit card. Needless to say I have a very dissappointed little girl who is the only one of her friends who cannot access this site to see Justin Bieber who I have spent thousands of dollars on over the years. Artist Arena needs to be held accountable! Beware, they have you automatically checked on Ticketmasters site when you order tickets and they start charging your credit card.
