Mike lied and took my money and did nothing for me

Signed up in oct. 2011. Paid enrollement fee and was told if they could not do anything which they didnt i would get a refund.By dec. they said they would get my vechicle refinanced or i could trade or i could settle with lender for 20,000. I had already paid over 17,000 and only bought vehicle for 21,000. They then started dodging my calls. I called them one week before christmas and told them i wanted my $ back. They said they couldnt do that. I filed complaint w/bbb in san diego area. They had told bbb they refunded 1/2 on enrollment fee. And bbb closed the complaint. But they lied!!! They did not refund me. They lied to bbb!!! These people pray on people who are in desperate situations. They did nothing but lie.
