Ripoff!

Healthcare Advantage is a fraud and I will do everything in my power to help get these people shut down! I was looking for insurance in my area and Healthcare Advantage contacted me. I spoke with a rep from the company for hours on the phone with questions. After he kept reassuring me I could use my personal doctor I sent the 199.99 enrollment, being assured I would be refunded if I wasnt happy.

Two weeks after signing up I found out I had been lied to and could not use my doctor, there are no doctors in my area on their list. I told them then I wanted to cancel. I was expecting a refund, instead, I find out not only was it not cancelled, they took another 99.95 from my checking account! I called and talked to someone and told them I wanted it cancelled and my money back.

He informed me I couldnt get a refund, I was past the date, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told one would return my call, after I got tired of waiting I called back, and finally got someone. Not only did they not cancel me the 1st time I called, they didnt cancel when I had called earlier! Long story short, they now tell me I can get no refund!
