Conned a disabled vet needing a loan modification

I was contacted by joe at auto debt consulting. I dont know how he got my imformation to contact me. I was impressed how he knew so much about my situation. When he got my credit card for 411$ joe disappeared. Next john set up my account. Then jose took my account and requested a hardship letter from me. Then he disappeared and shaun grimshaw took my account. He notified me he had a settlement. Then i recieved a letter from the bank requesting imformation. Thats when i realized i had been conned. I called shaun and requested a refund. He refered me to mike and he tried to justifi keeping the 411$ he said he would do a short sale. Didnt hear from mike so i called john and dicussed my refund. He refered me to dexter who told me i wasnt going to get a refund because i had not accepted their settlement. I talked to the bank about auto debts settlement and they were not aware of it. Auto dedt consulting has a very impressive website and do a real good job of discussing your situation but all they are is a bunch of very successful cons. I would some imformation about how to put these cons out of business. I am a disabled vet who has been taken advantage of.
