Took 5,000 dollars, would follow thru on original contract. Would not complete work. And did property damages, and when report to bbb rebutaled with falsifaction

This company was hired to do residential construction on property. They have fail their contract and failed the consumer badly, would not refund the money even after damages were made to the home and property. Would not complete the work to it entirity. Tried to get more money as well jeporadize the home to cut corners. I had to rehire another company to clean up the mess and correct the damages as well as complete the job. This was foundation and drains -gutters and decks.

Mr. Norm brakeman is owner he will ask for the money upfront and make a contract. Do not give money upfront. Wait till work is completed. This contractor will do what he wants. When you have explained what you want or need done. He has a temper -and will not listen. He has caused money damages and other problems in my home. This is coming from people that have to work hard for what they have. And when you trust a company to complete and do a good job to take basically the money and run. Makes a person struggle to get up the money again to repair the damage of this company.
