Drunken Conmen on the prowl. A sip could cost you ten large. Digital 1 Media is really Digital 1 Mendacity

This is all very interestingnow a peculiar encounter I had last week makes sense. I met this guy Kershenbaum. He gave me his name and phone number and told me about this company Digital 1 Media that he was raising money for. I am in the investment banking business and he spent the better part of an hour telling me ridiculous facts and figures in an attempt to get my company involved with his.

He told me that other banks were positioned to give the company hundreds of millions of dollars and that I should get in now before its too late. He referred to his smaller investors as unsophisticated and unaware of how he was going to dilute them down to almost nothing in favor of the large institutions.

The guy was falling down inebriated and had insult after insult for people who have invested with him. He had especially belittling things to say about one Canadian investor who he referred to as Hill-O-Money'. He said he has a fail-safe system with him. Every drink purchased yields $100,000 investment. He says Hill-O-Money' has already had 50 drinks and he'll be in town this week and will probably be very thirsty. He asked me if I wanted to go outside and see the Bling Bling' 22's that just one sip got him.

Kershenbaum had no qualms laughing at how he had convinced this guy he was his best friend. He says he just keeps Hill-O-Money' drunk and happy and tells him whatever he wants to hear. Even more unbelievable is the way he openly stated to me, a perfect stranger, that he was using this man to keep himself out of some kind of legal trouble.

I should go to the authorities, but in my line of work I prefer not to get involved on any level with people like this. I hope this helps someone out there.
