Dinar Airbrush Makeup $209.51 paperweight! Company refuses to return calls or emails

There is a 30 day return policy. Called the number provided before 8/1 for free lesson, as directed in the materials enclosed with product. Was asked for my name & phone number & was told someone would have to call me back, my call was never returned. Called on 8/1 to complain about product, response from company - same as before.

Emailed the company 5 (FIVE) times, stating I was unhappy with the product & why. The first email was Aug. 1st., I received one automated email from your company stating they would be contacting me - Never heard back from the company other than that automated response email telling me someone would call me.

I thought this was a reputable company or I would not have dealt with them. I now have a $209.51 PAPERWEIGHT. I suggest not dealing with this company, they do NOT seem to stand behind their product, honor their return policy (can not just send back, must speak to customer service first. I am assuming a return auth. Number required), and from my experience, their customer service is extremely poor.
