I had ordered a "NEW" Unlocked Samsung Vibrant and instead received a "used" open box product.
When I called to complain, I had the worst customer service experience ever. The CSR was extremely rude and would not acknowledge their mistake, she just asked me to go to the website and look at the returns policy and return the product.
I returned the product the very next day, following all their instructions and received a signed confirmation from the shipping company saying the product was delivered. I called a couple of days later inquiring about the status of my return and the CSR put me on hold for 15 mins saying she is not able to get the system working, then she asked me to call back after sometime. So, I called 30 mins later and she asked me all about the complaint, the RMA #, etc and then said that she doesn't see the product being received in their system... I told her that I have a signed confirmation from the shipping company, to which she replied that she will follow up with the receiving department and get back to me.
But as expected no one ever called or emailed me. I've emailed them a couple of times without any replies and when I call, no one answers.
Its been more than 15 days since I returned my product and still there is no response from cellhut.

This is a fraud company, who are here just to cheat people.
I've been robbed of $460.00

Please beware and dont ever use this site for ordering any products.
