I emailed you a few weeks ago regarding a return that was mistakenly returned to
speedytoys.com.

Here is the basic info:

This was a 150.00 Airsoft Rifle returned to you instead of Airsoft Atlanta.
This mistake was made by me on behalf of my son. He wanted to purchase a gun from you and return a defective gun to Airsoft Atlanta. I mixed up the addresses.

In my previous email, I asked for a response. I have received no response via email, phone, or product return. I emailed you all information required to
return the product to me freight paid.

Now I am upset. You have received the product on 1/22 with an RA number, which of course you would not recognize. But you also received all the information, with the package, to return to sender or contact the sender. The information was enclosed inside the package, as well as outside the package. It contained a return address, the purchaser, and the purchaser's phone number.

Your blatant disregard to a package sent to you in error as well as your disregard to an email asking for your help is disturbing.

I will be calling your company to speak with a manager, and I hope it will be resolved in an efficient manner. Find the package and get it back to me. That is all I am asking.

I am in the distribution business. My company also runs an internet business. If the same thing happened at my company, I would be outraged. And I am.

Of course i never received a response and am out the 150.00 gun. Look at the bbb rating, an "f". Gee, i wonder why? They suck and i would never do business with them, ever. No returned emails, busy phone lines, no returned messages. Absolutely awful.
