I got scammed out of $98 from this company, I emailed for a week requesting an RMA # for a return and each response I got from a rep was not the RMA# and return address I asked for... instead the rep kept offering me a discount if I kept using the product. First it was 25% off, then they offered 50%, and finally I called the customer "care" # and was told that I was now outside of the 30 refund policy EVEN though I had contacted them over 9 days ago via email indicating that I wanted to return the product and requested an RMA # and return address so that I could send back the remaining product!!! I have just filed a complaint w/the BBB and will continue filing complaints w/whoever I can so that hopefully no one else will have to go through such an ordeal!!!
