3 matching UPC's includes reciept and No Refund?

I bought a pair of Dr Scholl's shoes at Camdenton, Missouri Walmart in mid December at the CaI mdenton, Missouri Walmart store # 0089. They hurt my feet and I tried different inserts. I finally got around to returning them today. They wouldn't return them because the the number on the shoe didn't match the box? The UPC on the box, shoe tag in the box, and reciept all match!!! Maybe I threw out the wrong box? GOD is my witness these are the shoes I bought!!!

I bought this style several times. They won't return them due to this!!! What if I didn't have the box? Hellooooooooo!!! I called Walmart and complained. My 2 minute hold time was a LIE and was 7 minutes!!! I told them if they don't resolve this, the Food Hydrator I ordered and paid for online is going back!!! I'll purchase one from Target, Khol's or someone else. I don't need a hassle when returning a product. I'm almost regretting the Food Saver I just bought there!!!

I plan on doing my shopping elsewhere. I don't need someone making me out to be a crimnal because I'm returning a defective product! My blood pressure is up over this. I can feel it because I have heart problems. Customers shouldn't have to feel guilty or pressure when returning an item. Thank You Walmart!!!
