Would not refund my money for merchandise bought

Target store in O'Fallon, Missouri cleverly imposed a 90 day return policy on its customers without publicizing this new policy. I bought an item for $13.98 plus tax and tried to return because I didn't need it and Sunday Johnsen, Kelly Ortiz, Target Associates, Store # 1241, O'Fallon, Missouri informed me of this rule and tried to persuade me to take $4.98 plus tax for the merchandise I had paid $13.98 plus tax. I told them no.

Now I understand why Walmart is running all of these stores out of town. Walmart has a customer oriented mentaility. I am still trying to get Target to refund my money. I will not shop at their stores and hope others will not shop also. Oh, I had a receipt for this merchandise. And was still given a hard time.
