Heddy's Beauty Hideaway
Professional color WASHED out in TWO DAYS! They refuse to fix it!

I went here for a professional color, Dyed my white blonde hair red. The color washed out the first time I washed it. I called them and they told me it's not possible. Um well yea it is look at it!

I went in and showed them my hair and they told me that I can pay to have it redone, well I already paid once and the color didn't last even two days. Now I'm stuck with dark roots and washed our red.

I don't even comprehend how I have brown and black roots after day one when my hair is naturally blonde! I don't want to pay them a second time to do what they should have done right the first time.

My advice dont use Heddy's Beauty Hideaway and if you're brave enough to use them don't have Jin as your stylist. I'm soooooo dissappointed.
