Destroyed My Hair and Refused To Repair The Damage They Did

I asked them to return my blonde hair to its original ash blonde color. I had about a half inch of new growth so they could get the color right. I told them, at least ten times, that I did NOT want ANY red tones whatsoever.

The instructor (first of three) directed the student to bleach the roots to match the ends of my hair. She left it on too long and the roots were a lighter color than the ends. I had a stripe about two inches from my scalp.

Instructor 2 then tells the student to use a new color line (Goldwell) which I later discovered runs very dark. Student uses a bottle to apply the color and says she will leave it on for twenty minutes. I timed it and it was on my hair for thirty-five minutes. After it was dry the stripe near my scalp was close to the right color but the ends of my hair were about three shades darker.

Instructor 2 then decides to use a "clarifier" on my hair. The clarifier was actually bleach and turned my hair two hideous shades of red. They sent me home that way.instructor 3 had a funny look on her face when I left.

I called them when they opened the next morning and told them the color was totally unacceptable. They sent me to their Blaine store where they were supposed to fix the color. They used foils to bleach my hair when I thought the foils were to put the ash blonde in to try to get rid of the RED.

My hair is so damaged that three salons I consulted would not even touch my hair. I cried all the way home and I AM NOT a crier.
