I made a purchase of 5 pieces of foot jewlery for a wedding party in April. I supplied Paypal with my credit card information to pay for my purchase. I also submitted an email to the company asking them if they could expedite the order since the wedding would take place in 2 weeks (May 1). I heard nothing back from the company.

Checking my bank statement a few days later, I noticed that the payment of $52.00 had been received and waited for my order to arrive. May 1st has come and gone and I still have not received my order, a reply from the people or a refund.

I contacted paypal and asked them to assist me with my problem at which they requested my credit card information and asked to to set up an account with them. Why would I set up an account and provide my credit card number again to a company that I have already been ripped off by once?

They have the information for the company but refuse to give me any information on them "for the privacy and protection of the company". What about the ripped off consumer?
