I am being charged 500. Dollars over my bill for a phone originally paid 500. For they sent me a replaced for a t mobile flip but the phone has no data i requested that t mobile instruct me how to transfer the data from one phone to the other and was informed that was not possible so i kept the phone they sent to maintain a charge on the battery for the old phone which had my data and memory and for this they want to charge me additional 500 dollars on my bill i have been with this company since it was voice stream and they are treating me like garbage i understand why so many customers are leaving tmobile and have i have to admit i agree with them this company is no longer for customer service as they claim they are strickley for profit and there greed will destroy them you can't even get anyone in corporate they go out of there way to avoid the problems of there customer the have rec'd thousands of dollars from me over the years and they are willing to loose me as a customer for this dispute over 500.
