So I signed up with AT&T online. Within the "30 day buyer's remorse" I returned my two lines to a local corporate store. I first got a bill for $236. I called customer service to see why this was - because the guy I returned my phones to said I owed nothing.

I was told "I'm sorry ma'am, you actually owe $19.91 for data usage." Note: I upgraded the data halfway through my 30 days. So okay, I'm cool with that.

Then I get a phone call from AT&T Mobility asking if I'd sent the phones in because one was not in their system - sorry guys, I physically turned them in to Phillip at your Corporate Store that YOU sent me to.

Got that cleared up.

NOW I'M GETTING CALLS SAYING I OWE $258. This is for the "$236" I don't owe, and some other miscellaneous charges they can't explain - I was told to wait for my revised bill on February 28th to figure out how much I actually DON'T owe.

These people are slimeball idiots!
