Ended Contract Owing $58 but Credit Report Shows $160

I was an ATT wireless customer for 4 years. Until I found out ATT was wiretapping peoples phones, and tracking peoples usage of the Iphone to find out if they were tethering. I contacted ATT's corporate headquarters and was told they were indeed monitoring there customers and flagging data usage among every thing they did with the Iphone. I'm surprised a class action lawsuit has never been filed. I ended my contract with ATT I owed 58.00. They put it on my credit for 160.00. I want to let people know how this company handled me and what they do to their customers. My advice don't sign contracts with them, they will ruin your credit if you have a problem. They watch your every move with the iphone from turning it on to off to whatever. And they overcharge for data. Not a good experience. Buyer beware!
