Macey. Alleman & Searns, Legal Debt Solutions Inc., many more took my money and will not return my calls, or stop the forclosure on my home

I started doing business with The Mortgage Law Group in February. It is now February and I am in forclosure proceedings with my mortgage company. I do qualify for the programs that are in place because of a loss of income. I have been trying with my mortgage comapany and through the attorneys to get this done, but I am still losing my home.
I have been trying to get a hold of my loan specialist and he will not return my phone calls. I have left several messages. When I spoke with my mortgage company to see if anyone had been in contact with them from my attorney's office, she said she had not heard from them. She also said that she was going forward with the forclosure proceedings. I have had so many numbers for this company and have changed loan officers in this year, that I think that this company has just a front for their business, and when they recieve the money they don't bother with the paperwork and proceedings needed to get a modification for your loan.

Other consumers, beware! Do not give money away for a modification. Always investigate who you are doing business with and remember to always check with the legislators in your state to see if they can help or turn you into a direction that can. I have contacted the Senator for my district in Michigan, and he said he will contact my mortgage company on my behalf. We will see what he can do.
