Hidden fees charges cell phone bill extra at&t att wireless cingula

I was i a two year contract with at&t for just one month when they sent me the first monthly bill. It was just about $600! It was because suposidly i used the internet on my phone, a Sony W580i. Well i was thinking the only thing i went on was the media services and the fm radio that comes on the phone which never said anything about extra charges. You just click on that service and it goes straight to it, it doesnt say anything about extra charges. So after that i didn't go on the media services but only the radio. The next week they send another bill of over $1000 and disconnect our phones. Then my mom calls the at&t services and they dont give any specifications or proof i was on the internet. Then a month later another bill comes of $2000 and have the same claim, but that was impossible, because they cut off our service including internet, and i didn't even use the radio, becausei had my phone taken away ever since the second bill came in. Then a couple of weeks later another outragious bill of over $3300 comes in which is impossible since none of us have used our phones. But not only this, they also never gave us our rebates for our phones, they were two $50 mail in rebates that we sent in!
