Sprint PCS
Took months to get this resolved & sent back. I am getting harrassing phone calls at work every day for a $50. Charge. Ripoff

Last fall I had ordered one cell phone that was supposed to be a flip phone. I received one, it was not the one I had ordered, and the following week a large box containing 4 more were received, (just for myself, I don't think so). By the way I never used their services.

It took 2 months to get them to send me the containers to send them back. Which was done. Thinking it had been all resolved, a couple a months ago, I began receiving a bill for $46.00 and so on June 1st, and to this day, I have been receiving 2 to 3 harrassing phone calls at my work and at home.

They refuse to discuss this matter and have attempted to speak to someone but only to be transferred over & over to people and being disconnected. I have filed a report with the BBB on Friday, June 18th.

I will call a lawyer on Monday to pursue harrassment charges. Their employee's get a kick out of getting a rile out of you. I would LOVE to get involved in a class action lawsuit!
