Im a retailer of wholesale merchandise, i went to there site elitewholesale@aol.com

After seeing it in a search engine in yahoo. I placed an order for wholesale sunglasses by the dozen, you know, the kind you see at the malls etc at kiosks! Upon ordering, i recieved a confirmation e mail of the order, it didnt have a tracking number or a phone number in the e mail, i had to track the number down from there website. The confirmation email i recieved didnt say anything about what the shipping charges were, didnt say anything about how? Or when?

The shipment should be shipped out or delivered, so i emailed the email address that was in the confirmation letter i received, it is an aol e mail address, and as must of you know, you can allways check sent mail to find out if it has been delivered (the e mail) and aol tells you the time in which the recipeint oppend the e mail... I emailed to inquire if they could give me shipping cost and an approximate time frame the order should be shipped... A day later, i had received to reply so i went into my sent box and seen that the day before someone checked that e mail but didnt care to respond, likewise, i sent another one, it WAS NOT ONLY RESPONDED TO but they DIDNT EVEN READ IT, i seen where they had just deleted it. That is like hanging up on someone..

I sent them yet another e mail asking them at this point to just cancel my order, not sure if they will or not but i seen that they read it and of course didnt care to respond... I even tried aol instand messaging them, no one replied back. THIS COMPANY SUCKS, they have outrageously POOR customer service skills... Be warned, if you order from them, you WILL BE LEFT IN THE DARK to no evail..
