Very poor management! - Employees

I shop at the Candlers Mountain Road store in Lynchburg, VA frequently. On several occasions I have been in to be the victim of or witness to the rudeness and out right disrespect given by the manager " Mika". She seems to target two certain employees. She stays outside for long periods of time as well. There is also another manager who is always on her cell phone or has a male following her around. I have even been in the store and they both come out of what I assume to be the office adjusting their clothing. I have called the store manager on several occasions and I have contacted the corporate office. No surprise I have not heard anything and from what I have seen, nothing has been done. I own 3 local businesses and spend a considerable amount of money in this store a few times per week on supplies. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
